The shots in the following selection were taken for Tulime NGO in Pomerini Village, Iringa region, Tanzania during January and March 2018.
Pomerini (official name Ng’uruhe) is a small village at 1850 metres livello del mare, located in the Iringa region. In this village time has stopped and life is still slowly conducted in huts and without electricity. Life expectancy is at 37 years old with diseases like Malaria, AIDS and tubercolosis still realities that plague the population.
Tulime NGO requested me a collection of black & white pictures to document their work in Pomerini Village. I also directed, shoot and postproducted two campaigns video for Tulime NGO.
