Eleonora Sabet is a freelance portrait and documentary photographer born in Milan (Italy) with Arabic origins.

She is a self-taught photographer who starts developing an interest for the photographic art through self-portraits. At the age of 21, she starts being interested in documentary photography. In 2018 she starts travelling in the Middle East to find her origins and to develop her personal projects.

In 2020, because of Covid-19, she stops working on her current ongoing projects and starts developing an online project about quarantine. She does an online open call and she receives more than 300 submissions. (Publications: Artribune, Casa di Ringhiera, Parte del Discorso, Artwave).

She actively participates to international workshops to find her photography voice. In 2020, she has Maggie Steber as a teacher and in 2019, she wins a scholarship with VII Academy to participate to a Ron Haviv workshop. After that experience, he nominates her for the 6×6 Global Talent Program World Press Photo.
